Standard turnaround on the $499 deal is 7–10 business days end-to-end. The flow is roughly 1 business day for the quote, 1–2 business days for proof and approval, then 5–7 business days in production. Rush upgrades in 3–5 business days and the “hot rush” tier of 1–2 business days are available for select orders at an additional fee. Vector files are preferred for the cleanest screen print: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, and SVG. High-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher also works, especially for full-color designs. Our prepress team reviews every artwork file before production and will flag anything that could affect print quality. If you only have a raster file (JPG / PNG / low-res), the team will redraw it for free before we go to production — just send what you have.

The $499 package is 100 custom screen-printed tees with one design on the front and one design on the back. You can mix any size across XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL at no per-size upcharge, and youth and adult sizes can be combined in the same run. The garment is a standard tee — we confirm the exact style and color choice when you submit the quote. Final garment spec, ink colors per location, and exact size break are confirmed on the quote form before production.

Rush upgrades are available for an additional fee on top of the $499 package. We don’t publish a single rush fee because it varies by spec — the 3–5 business-day rush and the 1–2 business-day “hot rush” are quoted per job based on our current queue load and in-house garment stock. Same-day pickup is not a standard option on the $499 deal because every shirt is custom-printed to your approved artwork. In-stock blank tees can sometimes be picked up same-day — call (818) 340-1357 before driving over — but a made-to-order 100-tee run is not available for walk-in same-day turnaround.
