Everything happens in-house at our Chatsworth shop: screen burn, print, embroidery, laser engraving, or UV print. Every order goes through a quality check before it leaves the floor. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, rush is 3–5, and hot rush is 1–2 for select orders.

Vector files are fastest for rush work: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. High-res PNG/JPEG at 300 DPI also works for most rush prints. If you only have a low-res raster, our prepress team can usually redraw it within a few hours for hot-rush work — mention the deadline on your quote form.
Same-day rush cutoff is 10 AM Pacific. Any rush order (24–48 hour window) submitted by 2 PM Pacific on a business day can usually start production the same day, subject to current press capacity. We’ll confirm timing on your quote.
Up to 4 ink colors for screen-printing rushes (full-color DTF has no per-color limit). Hot-rush orders over 250 pieces may need an extra business day for screen burn — we’ll quote you honestly if that applies.
